VITA Tax Program – (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) The VITA Program, in partnership with the Internal Revenue Service, offers free tax return preparation to low-to moderate income individuals who cannot afford professional assistance. This service is available to the public year round at the Beulah Grove Community Resource Center. Please call (706)722-4999 for an appointment. If you would like to be a volunteer tax preparer, training takes place the 2nd week in December until the 2nd week in January. It’s not too early to sign up now. The VITA Training is conducted by using training materials and training manuals mandated by the Internal Revenue Service.
