(Free Income Tax Preparation)

We will begin preparing taxes on Tuesday January 17^th, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday-Friday, by appointment only and Saturday from 10:00 am -3:00 pm on a first come first serve basis.

 The following are requirements for having taxes done at the 30901 Development Corporation Vita Tax Site:

1.    All persons must bring a picture I.D. for themselves and or spouse.

2.    Social Security Card or statement from Social Security Administration, no exceptions     

3.    Copy of last years return

4.    All wage statements:

(W-2, W-2G,1099R,1099Misc,1099Int or any statement that shows income)

5.    Social Security Card or Statement from Social security Administration for all dependents no exceptions.

6.    If Itemizing: Home Mortgage Interest     

Statement, Property Tax Statement, Health Insurance Premium Statement, Cash Donation Statement, Other than Cash Statement, and any Statement that can be used for Deductions.

7.    If you have a Child in College a 1098T

8.    And any other Document you believe necessary.
